Searching for a Customer Service Representative with strong Excel skills that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!

 

Salary: $18-$20 per hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm Customer Service Rep

Location: Piscataway, NJ (On-site Monday-Friday)




Responsibilities:
  • Answer and document customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Enter and track orders and returns using our internal system.
  • Process payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Generate reports and analyze data using Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
