Job Description


Immediate Need: Bright, Ambitious, Enthusiastic Customer Service Professionals

Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $18.00 - $20/HR

On-site 5 days/week in Somerset area with hours either 7: 30am-4: 30pm or 8: 30am-5pm




Responsibilities:

-Supports clients with day-to-day needs

-Taking calls to promote positive customer experience

-Tech savvy and proficient/advanced in Excel

-Ability to learn new software systems upon training

-Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues

-Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments

-Opens customer accounts by recording and maintaining account information.

-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

-Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

-Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.




Qualifications & Skills:

-Computer literate strong in Microsoft Office + Excel

-Fast learner

-Excellent verbal & written communications skills, well-spoken

-Loves speaking with people

-Experience with StyeLine is plus
