Job Description

Dynamic, growth-oriented manufacturing company is seeking an outgoing, highly responsive Customer Care Specialist with strong experience and the ability to connect/service internal departments and external customers.
Responsibilities include:
  • Answering product inquiries via phone, email
  • Order intake/processing via CRM system
  • Inventory review
  • Daily interaction with various departments: communicating customer information/accounts/contracts
  • Auditing Purchase Orders / Invoice matching and sorting
  • Working with pricing documentation
  • Heavy computer work
Required experience:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Strong computer skills specifically within Microsoft Office and Excel
  • CRM experience knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work well with a team
