Monday - Friday 9-5pm
- Handle the switchboard and some minor claims support functions.
- Manage switchboard calls, high call volume at times.
- Maintain and excellent customer service, clear speaking voice as well as the ability to remain calm/polite in high stress situations.
- Responsible for tracking the calls in an Excel spreadsheet and transferring calls to the appropriate parties.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Lync and email methods to assist callers and/or offer call backs, take messages.
- Ability to navigate the system to review notes/payments, etc. To assist callers
- S ome admin work will be added in down time.
- Switchboard experience is preferred.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- The ideal candidate would have previous experience answering calls and dealing with customers over the phone in some capacity.
