A global consumer brands company in New York City is seeking a strong Benefits Administrator with 3-5 years experience to support the Benefits Manager and the Human Resources department

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Benefit enrollment, open enrollment process and execute roll out of new benefits programs
  • Facilitate New Hire Benefit Orientations
  • HRIS support for all benefit related activities
  • FMLA/LOA support & serve as main point of contact for employees
  • Maintain employee information on carrier websites
  • Track 401(k) enrollment and upload employee information on the vendor website
  • Manage enrollment on the WageWorks site
  • Manage the ACA recording in ADP for annual compliance
  • Manage PTO error troubleshooting and management
  • Manage request for reimbursements/benefits adjustments
  • Field employee questions on benefits
  • Oversee the administration of all benefit programs, including 401(k) and all other general administration duties (new hires, invoice management, enrollment, termination and COBRA)
  • Support in all benefit reporting & audits

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a Benefit/HR environment
  • 3-5 years work experience in a corporate human resources environment
