Salary: $80, 000-$95, 000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Location: Piscataway, NJ (On-Site Monday-Friday)




Responsibilities:
  • Manage month-end close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial data.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management on financial performance and trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Stay current with accounting regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
